• Public Submission Data: Target URLs, domain names, X handles, product titles, descriptions, favicons, OpenGraph cards, selected category, and cumulative USD contributed. This information is publicly visible on the leaderboard.
• Transaction & Communication Data: Optional email address provided during checkout for the delivery of payment receipts, tax invoices, and critical service notifications.
• Technical & Security Telemetry: Client IP addresses, browser user-agents, and interaction timestamps. IP addresses are hashed and processed solely for rate-limiting, click fraud prevention, and Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification.
• Payment Credentials: We do NOT store, process, or view credit/debit card numbers or CVVs on our servers. All financial payment details are tokenized and processed securely by Razorpay.

2. Use of Collected Data

Your data is processed strictly for the following purposes:

• Provisioning, maintaining, and updating leaderboard rankings in real time;
• Verifying transaction authenticity and maintaining an immutable financial audit ledger;
• Routing outbound clicks with utm_source attribution;
• Defending the platform against bot attacks, DDoS, and fraudulent order injections;
• Transmitting transactional payment confirmations and responding to support requests.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure & Processors

We engage trusted, enterprise-grade service providers to operate wwwbid:

• Razorpay: Secure payment gateway (USD international processing);
• Cloudflare: DNS routing, edge security, and Turnstile bot protection;
• Upstash: Distributed Redis caching and rate-limiting infrastructure;
• Supabase: Encrypted PostgreSQL database hosting;
• Resend: Transactional receipt email delivery.

4. Cookies & Tracking

wwwbid does not deploy third-party advertising tracking cookies, behavioral ad pixels, or commercial tracking beacons. Outbound link clicks are counted via direct anchor links and standard navigator.sendBeacon requests to track outbound engagement without building personal user dossiers.

5. Data Retention & User Rights

Transactional records are retained as required by financial, corporate, and tax compliance regulations. You have the right to request access to or removal of your email address from our communication logs by reaching out to our Grievance Officer.
