These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Nyrock LLP ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), represented by its Designated Partner and CEO, Nikhil kumar A H. By accessing or using wwwbid (https://wwwbid.co and wwwbid.org), you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

wwwbid is an open, algorithmic-free pay-to-rank promotional leaderboard and advertising directory. A listing's position is determined solely by cumulative US Dollars paid via our approved payment gateway. We do not provide personalized recommendations, organic search ranking guarantees, or traffic volume guarantees.

2. Eligibility & Account Usage

By submitting a listing or initiating payment, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

3. Submissions & Prohibited Content

You agree to submit only URLs, domains, or social media handles that you own or have explicit authorization to advertise. You expressly agree NOT to submit links to:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content;
• Illegal narcotics, controlled substances, weapons, or explosives;
• Unlicensed gambling, betting, or illegal financial schemes;
• Malware, viruses, phishing, spyware, or malicious code;
• Link shorteners, affiliate redirect chains, or obfuscated destination URLs;
• Defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or intellectual property-infringing materials.

Nyrock LLP reserves the unrestricted right to remove or conceal any non-compliant listing immediately without notice, liability, or refund.

4. Payments & Billing

All transactions are denominated and billed in whole United States Dollars (USD). Payments are securely executed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway). By initiating checkout, you authorize our payment processor to charge your payment method for the full indicated amount. Transactions represent immediate advertising fees and are non-refundable once completed.

5. Auction Mechanics & No Duration Guarantee

Leaderboard placement is dynamic and competitive. Other advertisers may submit higher bids at any time to surpass your position. We make no representations or warranties regarding the duration for which your rank will be maintained, nor the volume of clicks, impressions, or conversions your listing will receive.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, company names, product titles, logos, and favicons submitted remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. By submitting a listing, you grant Nyrock LLP a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your submitted title, metadata, favicon, and preview card on the leaderboard.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Nyrock LLP, its partners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, wwwbid.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
