Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets forth the terms governing payments made on wwwbid, operated by Nyrock LLP under the management of Nikhil kumar A H.

1. Immediate Digital Delivery & Finality of Sales

wwwbid provides immediate digital advertising placement, instant link visibility, and live public rank positioning upon payment authorization. Because the service is fully rendered and published instantaneously at the time of transaction, all payments, bids, raises, and transactions are strictly final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

2. Outranking by Subsequent Competitors

wwwbid operates as a competitive, real-time attention auction. Being surpassed, displaced, or outranked by another participant who contributes a higher bid at any time after your payment does NOT constitute grounds for a refund, credit, price adjustment, or chargeback.

3. Daily Board Rollover

Listings on the "Today" leaderboard calculate spend within the active UTC calendar day (00:00:00 to 23:59:59 UTC). The natural daily reset of the Today board is an intentional feature of the service and does not warrant a refund.

4. Rule & Content Violations

Any listing found to be in violation of our content standards (such as adult material, phishing, malware, unlicensed gambling, or illicit content) will be removed without notice. In such events, the submitter forfeits all paid fees in their entirety.

5. Technical Billing Errors & Duplicate Transactions

In the rare event of a network disruption or gateway glitch resulting in duplicate charges for the identical checkout intent, you may contact our billing team at [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction. Please provide:

• Razorpay Order ID & Payment ID;
• Date, time, and currency amount charged;
• Submitted URL or @handle.

Upon verification of genuine duplicate captures, Nyrock LLP will promptly initiate a refund for the duplicate transaction via Razorpay back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
